Vishv Priya Kohli is an Associate Professor of Law & Management at the Department of Business Humanities and Law at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Her research primarily focuses on Intellectual Property Law, with a particular emphasis on counterfeiting in the pharmaceutical sector within the EU. Additionally, she is investigating the implications of the new EU regulation on Geographical Indications (GI) and its impact on the craft sector. Her work explores how the GI Regulation influences Intellectual Property Rights, Competition, and Innovation across the EU.
